Osprey's Mobile Plant

The Osprey's Mobile Plant is an all-in-one machine, to manufacture Osprey Aerated Lightweight Concrete. It includes a Special Foam Concrete Pump that is developed to minimize pumping loss and the innovative low pressure and energy saving foaming system. The Osprey Mobile Plant is specifically engineered for a small to medium scale production, however fulfills at the same time the quality standards of the mass production.
The machine is capable to produce Foamed Concrete/Cellular Lightweight Concrete of dry densities between 200 and 1800 kg/m³.

The Foam Generator is based on unique low pressured foaming system and is forming up a very strong foam bubble membrane. This system is solely developed for the unique advanced foaming agent using biodegradable enzymes.

Osprey Turn Key Plant is a fully automated mixing and dosing system for a stationary large scale production of Osprey Aerated Concrete.  It includes a three step mixing system with specific slurry preparation as well as a mixer in the second stage. Due to an integrated third mixer, the material flow becomes continuous however remains still based on batching system. The end product quality therefore is fully constant and reproducible and fulfill international quality standards.

The integrated PLC based software system is automatically dosing all necessary raw materials and additives and mixing them constantly.

The Foam Generator is based on worldwide unique low pressured foaming system and is forming up a very strong foam bubble membrane. This system is solely developed for the unique advanced foaming agent using Biodegradable Enzymes

.
The Osprey Turn Key Plant is available in various capacities between 1500 and 6000 liters per batch.

The machine works fully automated. Osprey Aerated Concrete is poured into Moulds and is hardening within around 5-12 hours depending on temperature, humidity as well as mix design of the product itself. The Mould sides will be removed and the large block remains on the Basement.

Curing System

Even though Osprey Aerated Concrete can be theoretically air cured it is recommend to go for steam curing. Specifically in dry climate zones shrinkage become a severe quality issue. Steam curing is not only accelerating the strength development, it is tremendously increasing the end product quality as most of the hydration process of the binder is ongoing under saturated atmosphere.
The Curing System is engineered for customer's demand. There are basically two types of systems: Chamber-based system, that require mould handling as well as tunnel-based system, that require only more space where as the mould can remain on rails.

Osprey Foaming Agents

Osprey Foaming Agents are the most essential additive to produce Osprey`Aerated Concrete, however not the only one. Specifically for lower densities between 75 and 300 kg/m³ other additives are required in order to guarantee a stable and consistent end product. At the end it is an interaction between specifically developed machinery and biotechnological additives, that are resulting into a unique product and are guaranteeing your business success. LithoPore Europe GmbH has therefore developed a broad range of various foaming agents, that are specifically applicable with our machinery. Every foaming agent is leading to a different effect.

15 Years of consequent improvement have led finally to thousands of sold metric tons all over the world. Osprey Foaming agent is characterized through a strong stability and contains strength increasing components for the related end product. It is therefore not only a pure foaming agent but more over a compound. The slightly liquifying effect is predestining this additive next to block and panel production also for flooring and roofing applications.

Osprey Foaming Agent has been specially developed for the manufacturing of non-flammable, ecological foamed concrete elements with a low density for the building industry and is therefore characterised, above all, by its outstanding stability with high pH-Values. The pH-value of the foam-forming agent itself is designed to be mildly alkaline to neutral so that the product may also be utilised for the manufacture of inorganic foams with neutral binding agents, such as plaster. The foam density can be varied between 10 to 160 g/l through the specially developed unique low pressured foam generators . It is designed to manufacture any foamed concrete for block and panel construction, floor and roof insulation, cast in situ wall filling as well as other foamed concrete applications.

Osprey Foam Stabiliser is leading to a very fine porous structure as it is stabilizing the foam bubble´s membrane as well as increasing the compressive strength by 30-50%. Its majorly applicable for densities of 200 kg/m³ and higher.
